hearts x grid, 2.0

the last picture in this product listing is of a piece i made called "the grid." i've made a few versions of this and as i handed them out as gifts over 2020, i kept hearing "oh look, there are hearts!" which is odd - as a) i didn't make it with any hearts or hearts in mind; and b) *i* am usually the one who sees all the hearts! it took a few times of looking at the grid, stepping back and relaxing my eyes before i could see the hearts; but once i did, i saw them everywhere. this product is an extraction of one of the hearts in the grid, the second i attempted; hence the title...

8"x8" wooden board
acrylic (with iridescence added to the paint, so it kind of sparkles and shimmers)
metallic leaf
this one can be hung 4 unique ways, 2x as a diamond and 2x as a square
artwork is signed on the back rather than the front, so you can decide in which direction you want to hang it in your home

first/bottom: light green, green squares
second: blue, turquoise squares/grid
third: pink, purple starburst
fourth/top: hearts x grid, 2.0 design, silver metallic leaf
